Man Enough.

The Movember Foundation.

As a result of outdated masculine stereotypes, baked into New Zealand’s culture over decades, men are reluctant to discuss their feelings or engage with mental health because it’s not seen as ‘manly’. But the reality is, it’s one of the toughest, most courageous things a man can do. Using all the tropes of stereotypical masculinity, we challenged New Zealand’s manhood head on, and positioned engaging with your own mental health struggles, or somebody else’s, as the epitome of a masculine act.

The 60" spot was the culmination of a Movember-funded docuseries that challenged the idea of what it means to be a modern man.
